How does MedyFI work?

Companies get access to an order and management portal, from which they can get travel requests, from hospitals, nursing homes and private users via the MedyFi app, with all the necessary information about the pick-up and drop off time, general information and much more.

With just a few clicks, all informations are forwarded to your drivers, who in turn are equipped with the MedyFiDriver app.

Upon arrival of the drivers at the destination, patients, the operator and the hospital may be notified so that the patient can board.

After the end of the journey, patients have the option (if costs arise) to pay in cash or digital, among other things, by PayPal and subsequently receive a digital receipt.

Is there a trial version?

For travel companies we offer a 30-day trial. It should be noted that Travel requests will not cost until they are accepted by the carriers. Thus, MedyFi can run parallel without cost until the order is accepted.

How does MedyFI work for private user?

Privateusers, those who are in need of care and optional nursing staff can send travel requests to ride companies in their area via an app or web portal, and receive an immediate approximate information about the cost of travel without having to ask by telephone first.

After confirmation of the travel request by the travel company, the app users receive a notification and the driver is then instructed.

After completing the trip, you have the option (if costs are incurred) to pay in cash or digital via PayPal. You will then receive a digital receipt.

How does MedyFI work for hospital?

Hospitals and nursing facilities have access to the admin and department portal. The admin serves as a registration portal for the respective departments.

The departments book a transport request via the web portal in just a few seconds, in which all entered information subsequently ends up directly in the order portal of the travel company connected to you.

Afterwards, the fleet company only has to forward the information to its drivers with just a few clicks. By that the information will not get lost.

If the carrier does not respond or rejects the request after the expiry of a fixed time, the next carrier will automatically be contacted.
